Met on Route 30 (level 5) | March 5th, 2017 While watching Noctis fish and catch quite a few, Prompto decided to take one on himself - after a bit of arguing over cuteness. As such, he named this Magikarp Freckles - for he's cuter then his own freckles. However, neither of the trainers were aware the Magikarp is blind. Once evolving, Freckles has made their abilities known - and now that Freckles is fully evolved, Prompto thinks this blind snake-fish is super cool. Freckles now has his hidden ability of Moxie.
