He's got a temper, has had it since he hatched, and doesn't like when others mess around too much, quick to hit them with a Dragon Pulse or unleash Surf on anyone messing around when things are meant to be serious. Highwind is definitely destined to be a battler with the drive he's got going on and Noct plans to introduce him to Leviathan once this little guy is a little higher level, having a feeling that the Gyarados will enjoy this Skrelp's larger than life attitude quite a bit.
