I looked up on Lapras' before and they're completely docile, they ferry people around just because, not because they trained to or anything- [ This is genuinely upsetting and Ash can't help tearing up a bit. You should take her to a Pokecenter, Ash. Have them check her out and make sure there's nothing else going on that we can't see.
