Met in Vermillion City (level 20) | October 3rd, 2018 While visiting Vermillion City, Noctis couldn't resist the challenge of taking on some of the Squirtle Squad that was terrorizing the city, setting out with some of his higher level Pokemon so he wouldn't have quite as much trouble with the little rogues. Even with Regent and Kitty assisting him the Squirtles still gave them a good run for their money though in the end, after a...little bit of property damage, they did manage to catch one.
Scamp is that Squirtle and he's not very pleased to be BOUND IN CHAINS AND KEPT PRISONER BY A HUMAN!!!! At least that's how he views his new life. He's stubborn as hell and does everything he can to thwart Noct's attempts at making friends with him, smashing Poffins, kicking away his Pokeball and, in general, just being a pain in the ass. He does seem to have a bit of a soft spot for Quay the Popplio though he tries to play it off that he doesn't and he and Nyx the Frogadier seem to have a friendly rivalry going on..BUT HE TOTALLY HATES THIS LIFE AHHHHHH!
