Met in Ilex Forest (level 20) | March 5th, 2018 This little shit is out to make Noctis's life a living hell which is why he's ended up with the name he has. Noctis didn't original plan to catch this Zorua; honestly he didn't even realize he'd encountered the little fox in Ilex until a few days later, outside of Azalea Town, when the second Chespin that had been following them and playing with Talcott suddenly turned into a Zorua. Immediately the sly little thing had darted off snickering in amusement and that had seemed to be the end of it. Or so Noct thought.
Several days later, on the other side of Union Cave, Noctis realized that Carbuncle was acting a bit odd and, lo and behold, realized that his Espeon was, in fact, not his Espeon but the Zorua. (He later found Carbuncle tangled up in some vines where the Zorua had trapped him.) Noctis eventually caught the Zorua after that and ended up nicknaming him after the good old chancellor of the empire from back home, promptly trading him to a trainer he crossed paths with in Violet City before warping to Mahogany Town. And that was that.
Heh. Yeah right.
A few days after Noctis and his team arrived in Mahogany they found themselves accosted by the Zorua who had apparently slipped his new trainer and found his way to Mahogany via the warp pads???? Needless to say, Noctis can't seem to get rid of this little shit now.
