Found on Route 35 (level 18) | June 9th, 2017 A surprise addition to the team, Iggy is a bossy and fussy little thing that wants to make sure everyone eats properly and gets the right amount of sleep. It seems to help distract him from whatever it was Team Rocket did to him, the little tadpole trying very hard to just be a normal Pokemon again.
Nightmares plague this little guy to the point that he more often than not spends the night curled up against either Noctis or another Pokemon. He never seems to want to address it and will deny he has them but sleep does not come easy for this little tadpole.
As time passed it became clear that Iggy was terrified at the thought of evolving since evolving meant he'd be stronger and have more power and, well, that's what Team Rocket had wanted him for in the first place. So Noct gave the little guy an Everstone to make him feel more comfortable, reassuring Iggy that no one was going to think less of him for not evolving. It's definitely helped and the little Chinchou even made it to level fifty recently!
